Hiring a Responsible Managing Employee (RME) for a plumbing Company. An upper-level position in which the RME will provide field support and inspect job sites when necessary. Our audit department will monitor and inspect all jobs.
The company will provide bond, liability protection, benefits and pay annual license fees. We will also provide Indemnification to license holder to insure peace of mind.
Qualification
· We welcome retired licensed tradesman looking for extra income.
· Work from home okay, an on call need only position.
· Must have a clean C-36 California Plumbing and be able to qualify as a RME (Responsible Managing Employee)
· Classification A license is preferred, however not mandatory. Will pay extra if you have both.
· Inspect before and after pictures when necessary (our audit department initially does the inspection).
· Clean Driving record
· Available to work 32 hours per week or more inspecting plumbing replacements and supporting techs if needed.
· Meets the experience and examination requirements for the CSLB license
