Supervises: EHS Engineer, Continuous Improvement Lead, and Contracted Security Guard

EHSS Manager at VanDeMark.
What You'll Do:As a key member of our management team, you'll lead the development and implementation of EHSS programs that ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and promote a culture of safety and responsibility. Your role will include:
- Setting and executing EHSS goals and strategies
- Managing department budgets, procedures, and personnel
- Overseeing regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, RCRA, Title V, etc.)
- Leading permitting and certification processes
- Developing industrial hygiene and training programs
- Representing the company in community and regulatory interactions
- Leading audits and managing EHSS reporting
- Overseeing the Responsible Care Management System (RCMS)
What You Bring:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- 7-10 years of progressive EHSS experience
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local EHSS regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with high energy and initiative
