Production Support Engineer
Job Title: Production Support EngineerLocation: Dallas, TX; Cleaveland, OH and Pittsburgh, PA - HybridJob Description (Main Duties): - Perform day to day operations for applications you are responsible for.
- Triage production incidents. Perform follow-up actions.
- Review all upcoming changes impacting the applications and address concerns raised by management.
- Review application for expiring certificates as well as critical vulnerabilities and implement remediation changes.
- Perform audit and compliance tasks for applications
- review quarterly certifications
- Review and manage application ids and manage them in Cyberark,
- Review and manage Disaster recovery plans.
Required Skills: - Minimum of 3 yrs experience in Production Support as L2
- ServiceNow (SNOW) Change, Incident and Problem management modules.
- Experience handling certificates
- Exposure to Java microservices
- Unix
Nice-to-have Skills: - other modules in SNOW
- Jenkins
- Git
- Understanding of Networking, load balancers, WAF, firewalls, DNS
Soft Skills: - Written and verbal communications
- Ability to operate independently
- Ability to learn new processes and procedures.
