Title: Lead Frontend Engineer

We are a rapidly growing, profitable stealth company. This is an incredibly high impact, priority role for our company. We need someone to take ownership over the design, architecture, & development of high-performance, scalable front-end applications. As part of this position, you'll manage a team of front-end developers while partnering with product, design, and back-end teams to build user-friendly interfaces that enhance our AI-driven solutions. You'll be instrumental in shaping technical strategies and defining the future direction of our platform's front-end framework.
What you'll be doing- Spearhead the creation and upkeep of dynamic single-page web applications using Vue and Nest.js..
- Establish and uphold standards for component architecture, code quality, testing, and performance.
- Guide and mentor front-end engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional features and user experiences.
- Transform UI/UX designs into accessible, high-performing, and visually captivating interfaces.
- Manage front-end build pipelines and CI/CD workflows to ensure seamless, scalable deployments.
- Stay updated with the latest front-end trends and the Vue ecosystem, driving continuous innovation.
- Champion responsive, user-focused designs optimized for all devices and browsers.
What you need for this position- 5+ years of Frontend experience
- 1+ year of technical leadership or mentorship experience
- Expertise in JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, & CSS
- Expertise in Vue.js or React
- Experience with WebGL & GIS
- BS in Computer Science or related
