Position Summary
The Regional People Partner (RPP) is a field-embedded HR leader who supports approximately seven branch locations on both a tactical and strategic level. This role is responsible for the full spectrum of HR generalist functions - from hiring to employee relations to compliance - and serves as the frontline HR advisor for managers and employees. The RPP collaborates closely with business leaders to drive a high-performance, engaged workforce while ensuring policy alignment and operational consistency
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (30%)
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for recurring roles at assigned branches
• Partner with managers to create tailored sourcing and selection strategies
• Manage job postings, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
• Support onboarding processes and new hire setup
Employee Relations & Coaching (25%)
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, complaints, or conflicts
• Advise managers on performance issues, improvement plans, and progressive discipline
• Conduct exit interviews and track trends to inform retention strategies
HR Support & Partnership (25%)
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance on policies, procedures, tools and benefits
• Build trusted relationships with location leaders and staff
• Support compliance with handbook policies, labor laws, and local practices
• Partner on manager development efforts and coaching
• Partner with ESOP reps to drive the meaning of employee ownership
Compliance, Safety, Systems & Processes (20%)
• Assist with Paycom usage and data accuracy
• Complete regular audits and paperwork consistency checks
• Coordinate safety training and incident reporting
• Monitor legal compliance in multiple states regarding employment law
• Promote a culture of accountability and safety first thinking
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of HR generalist and recruiting experience
• Multi-site HR support experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and coaching techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to travel regularly to assigned branches
• Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP)
