Position Responsibilities:
Sales quota objectives/product growth: 50%
- Sell full line of products as defined by management.
- Promote company products and services in a professional, educated, and ethical manner.
- Achieve minimum standard numbers in areas such as cold calling, opportunities, and revenue.
- Maintain accurate and updated records on all sales and client activity.
Revenue goals/customer satisfaction: 40%
- Meet revenue objectives by creating and closing new business opportunities and servicing and growing existing clients.
- Work with management to ensure a high level of account management and customer service.
- Meet minimum call standard through individual contacts, online demonstrations, meetings, and trade show attendance.
Security: 5%
- Uphold all corporate security policies and procedures.
- Ensure that daily activities support safeguarding of client and corporate data and resources.
- Report any security concerns to the security team.
Other: 5%
- Perform other duties as directed.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in business-to-business sales, including cold calling and selling services to medium or large companies across the U.S.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas, generating revenue, and managing a full sales cycle-from prospecting to close.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with the capacity to influence, persuade, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, manage a remote/home office environment, and keep accurate sales and CRM records.
- Must be able to travel frequently for client meetings, trade shows, and visits to HQ locations.
