- Travel within the DMV region to conduct hands-on, boots-on-the-ground security assessments.
- Be a visible champion of cybersecurity best practices for our federal clients, while contributing to the BluOmega knowledge base through thought leadership, white papers, and conferences.
- Always stay sharp-follow internal best practices, meet regulatory standards, and stay ahead of the curve in cybersecurity trends and threats.
Qualifications: - A Bachelor's in Technology or Cybersecurity field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity programs, specifically in security testing or control assessments.
- An active Top Secret clearance-this is a must.

- You're proactive, curious, and committed to professional development-certifications are in your future (if you don't have them already).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills-we're a people-first company, and so are our clients.
- Ability to travel occasionally for on-site assessments.
