Who we are: Madeline's is a bar and events space within a beautiful, sunny two storied Greenpoint venue. We are only a year and a half old but have bookings confirmed well into next year. As we grow the business, we are looking for someone to join our team and grow with us. Right now, it looks like a Floor Manager would be of big assistance to the team.
Ideally, who you are: Someone detail oriented with a knowledge of bartending, cocktails and hospitality. You like people and can handle crowds of 100+ guests. You are looking for the opportunity to be management in the industry and feel that you'd like to get that foot in the door now. Internally, the right candidate would be on the track to be AGM followed by General Manager.
The Role:
Responsibilities -
Maintaining service and product standards.
Ensuring staff and guests have a safe and positive experience during service.
Giving breaks to team members.
Logging positives, negatives and needed repairs daily.
Overseeing closing and sending EOD report.
Hours - Friday & Saturday - typically 8pm-2am
Pay - $25-$30/hr
Additional days available based on bookings.
