Front of House (Barista / Guest Experience)

• Team Spirit: A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Cultural Connection: An interest or experience in Greek cuisine and culture is a definite plus!
• Kitchen Support: Willing to assist in the kitchen as needed during peak hours.
**Back of House (Cooks / Kitchen Helpers – **Now hiring for day and night shifts)
• Kitchen Know-How: Experience in food prep, cooking, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes, maintain consistency, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Team Player: Willingness to support other team members and assist wherever needed.
• Night Shift Availability: We’re especially looking for reliable and motivated staff available for overnight shifts (10PM – 5AM).
• Culinary Curiosity: Interest in traditional Greek cooking techniques is a big bonus!

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items with accuracy and care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.
• Assist in food prep, dishwashing, and supporting chefs during busy periods.
• Night shift staff: Ensure smooth overnight operations and food prep for the next day.
• Collaborate closely with the culinary and service teams.
