Restaurant with a long history of on the West side of Jacksonville, is currently hiring an experienced Prep Cook. We don't just need someone to cut vegetables, we someone who can read and produce recipes, to our precise specifications. This is not a normal prep job and you will not be paid that way. You must be punctual, have good knife skills, understand the difference between cups and ounces, read English, and work until the job is complete. If you demonstrate those skill, you will be rewarded by your pay.
