What You'll Do: - Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team when necessary
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Requirements - Active and unrestricted LPCC license in California (Required)
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (preferably in telehealth or private practice)
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) is a plus
