Must have thorough understanding of all Wafer Fab Assembly operations. As a minimum, must have the ability to set up all processes as well as perform each operation, along with the following Duties & Accountabilities.
Required Duties and Accountabilities:
Sand Blast Dicing
Pinbond / Leadbond
Diode Precap Activities
Diode Passivation
Diode Visual Mechanical Inspection
Fill out MPP's
Be able to read and understand figure drawings and assembly instructions
Additional Duties and Accountabilities To Be Taught As Time Permits:
Diffusion Boat Load
Diffusion Run
Metal Evaporation
Metal Thickness Measurement
Metal Sinter
Wafer Stacking
Wafer Mount for Saw Cut and Dismount
Rs Measurement
Wafer Saw Dicing Including Programming Cut and Changing Blades and Flanges
Diode Test
Education:
Typically requires high school education or equivalent and 1-2 years related work experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
