✅ Position: Sushi Chef
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing authentic nigiri, sashimi, and rolls with attention to detail
• Cutting and filleting fresh fish daily (must be comfortable handling whole fish)
• Ensuring top quality, freshness, and food safety in all preparations
• Maintaining a clean and organized sushi station
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of professional sushi chef experience
• Strong knife skills and expertise in nigiri sushi and fish butchering
• Deep understanding of traditional Japanese techniques
• Reliable, fast, and consistent under pressure
