🎯 Your Role:
We’re looking for a motivated independent sales rep to target businesses and commercial properties in Orange County and Los Angeles County. Your job is to offer our services directly to business owners, managers, or facility directors.
💰 Compensation:
Earn 40% commission on each sale you close
Earn 5% from each recurring service if the client schedules regular maintenance (passive income!)
Commissions are paid after the job is completed and payment is received
🛠 What You’ll Do:
Reach out to commercial businesses (cold calling, door-to-door, email, etc.)
Introduce and sell our cleaning services
Schedule in-person estimates/quotes with Jacob when the client is interested
Maintain a simple database of businesses you’ve contacted
