We are a fast-paced, luxury Home Staging & Interior Design company based in Orange County, and we’re looking for a creative, dependable, and design-savvy Home Stager to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of style, an eye for design, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. We welcome both experienced candidates and entry-level individuals with the right passion, education, or foundational experience in design or a related field.
Responsibilities:
• Assist our lead designer with staging residential properties — from concept to final setup
• Eventually manage staging projects independently, using your design judgment and creative eye
• Coordinate multiple projects under tight timelines, sometimes under pressure
• Maintain professionalism when dealing with clients, agents, and team members
Ideal Candidate:
• Has a natural sense of style and a strong design aesthetic
• Can take direction from our lead designer but also work independently on design decisions
• Has education or experience in interior design, home staging, or a related creative field
• Can handle multiple projects at once while staying organized and detail-oriented
• Works well in high-pressure environments and can adapt to last-minute changes
• Is proactive, dependable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results
• Has strong organization and project management skills
• Has some knowledge of the home staging or real estate industry, or a willingness to learn
Experience:
• Previous staging or interior design experience is preferred, but not required
• Internship positions are available for the right candidate who shows initiative and creativity
