What You'll Do:
- Assist senior loan officers with loan origination and client management
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Learn the ins and outs of mortgage products, guidelines, and regulations
- Help pre-qualify borrowers and collect required documentation
- Build relationships with clients, relators, and industry professionals
- Manage follow-ups, pipeline updates, and customer communications
- Provide administrative support across the team to help improve workflow and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Sales, customer service, or finance experience is strongly preferred (mortgage or real estate is a plus!)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
- Comfortable using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- A motivated self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team environment
- A positive attitude and strong desire to learn and grow in the mortgage field
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM -- enjoy your weekends off!
