As an Office Worker, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our company.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service.
• Scheduling appointments and managing our team's calendar.
• Assisting with light accounting tasks, including invoice processing.
• Accurate data entry and maintenance of records using QuickBooks.
• Processing customer payments and maintaining payment records.
• Supporting the finance department with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Organizing and maintaining an efficient filing system.
• Assisting with job take-offs using industry-specific software like Revu.
• Collaborating on social media campaigns and brand development using various social
media platforms.
