We are looking for a house manager to clean, maintain and report at an all male independent living home here in riverside. Must have heart for people and love to serve with a smile. Please see the tasks involved with the job below:
House/Yard Cleaning
Task: Clean house: Living room, kitchen, bathrooms, front/back yard (weeds & lawn), trash which includes sweeping, moping & wiping surfaces.
Schedule: Twice every week.
Checklist:
Living Room:
Dust all surfaces (tables, shelves, TV stand)
Vacuum carpet/rugs
Sweep and mop hard floors
Organize magazines, books, and other items
Clean windows and window sills
Wipe down electronics (TV, remote controls)
Fluff and straighten couch cushions
Kitchen:
Clean and sanitize countertops
Clean stovetop and oven exterior
Clean microwave interior and exterior
Clean and sanitize sink
Sweep and mop floor
Wipe down refrigerator exterior
Empty trash and replace bag
Clean cabinet fronts
Bathrooms:
Clean and sanitize toilet (bowl, seat, base, and behind)
Clean and sanitize shower/tub
Clean mirror
Clean and sanitize sink and countertop
Sweep and mop floor
Empty trash and replace bag
Restock toilet paper and hand soap
Front/Back Yard:
Mow lawn
Pull weeds from garden beds and lawn
Sweep walkways and patio areas
Pick up any trash or debris
Organize outdoor furniture
Laundry Room/Garage
Throw away an empty bottles, trash
Bag up any displaced clothing items
Sweep floors
Wipe down any spilled detergent
Trash Management:
Collect trash from all rooms
Take trash to outdoor bins
Take trash bins to curb on assigned day: _________
Bring trash bins back after collection
Report maintenance requests to the Housing Director for any damaged items, appliances or structures inside/outside the home.
Receive & Report Feedback From Clients
Help clients move in the home by making sure their comforter set and pillow is placed on their bed (make their bed). Introduce them to the guys and give them the house info (WiFi, Door code, Address, Netflix Login)
Client Move-In Checklist:
Make sure the bed is clean, prepared and made
Show the client to his bed to drop off belongings
Introduce the clients to others in the home
Show the client their cabinet/fridge space
Check on the client to make sure they are settled in
Assemble items in the home such as bed/bed frames, couches, kitchen supplies, tables, chairs etc..
