Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in landscape, hardscape, or construction project management
Strong knowledge of landscape and hardscape installation techniques, materials, and equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and MS Office
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to long distance.
Responsibilities
The Landscape and Hardscape Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing landscape and hardscape projects from start to finish
This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
Identify and resolve project challenges and delays proactively.
Team Leadership & Supervision:
Manage and lead on-site crews, including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors
Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and industry best practices.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality
Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules.
