Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable:
Generate and send invoices to customers
Track incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts
Maintain accurate financial records
Accounts Payable:
Process incoming invoices and prepare payments to vendors
Reconcile vendor statements
Assist in maintaining cash flow documentation
Order Processing:
Enter and manage customer orders
Ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment
Communicate with internal teams to resolve any order issues
Shipping Coordination:
Obtain and compare shipping quotes from various carriers
Schedule and set up shipments
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role is preferred
Familiarity with accounting software and order management systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
