We are seeking a skilled and dependable Property Manager and Groundskeeper to be responsible for all the groundskeeping for a mobile home community in Riverside. This live-in onsite Property Manager and Groundskeeper will work independently to maintain a clean, safe and well-presented community. This position will report to the Director and is full-time and non-exempt.
Responsibilities:
• General property maintenance and repairs
• Will work with the Director to oversee office and weekend staff member
• Monitor and enforce Park rules & regulations for all residents and guests
• Pool and Clubhouse maintenance
• Landscape and grounds maintenance
• Trash dumpsters maintenance
• Basic plumbing and electrical work
• Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of the community
• Perform special projects as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge and a minimum of 8-10 years' experience of general plumbing, landscaping, and basic electrical skills
• Knowledge of mobile home residency laws
• Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, trustworthy, ability to work well with others
• Professional and hardworking attitude
• Available for on-call after hour emergencies
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop up to 100% of the shift, sitting up to 75% of the shift, lifting to 50 pounds, computer use up to 25% of the shift
