Schedule: 45-50 hours per week, 6 days per week
Job Summary:
Frank Anthony’s is seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef/Line Cook specializing in the sauté station to join our team. We are a gourmet Italian restaurant known for our high-quality cuisine and exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will bring experience, dedication, and a strong work ethic to our kitchen.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook dishes on the sauté station, following our recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff when necessary.
• Monitor inventory and communicate with the kitchen manager for replenishment.
Requirements:
• Minimum of [X years] of experience as a line cook, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
