Position Overview: - Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Compensation: $115,000 - $130,000
Key Duties: - Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct virtual therapy using best practices such as CBT and ABA.
- Provide targeted PTSD treatment in a structured therapeutic environment.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and referrals.
- Keep detailed documentation in compliance with ICD-9 guidelines.
- Offer family therapy to support long-term well-being.
RequirementsQualifications: - Master's degree in a relevant mental health field.
- Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
- Minimum two years of clinical experience, including telehealth exposure.
- Comfortable using digital platforms for therapy and documentation.
