Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities: - Perform assessments and design individualized therapy plans.
- Conduct one-on-one and group counseling using CBT, ABA, and other techniques.
- Coordinate case management services and referrals.
- Provide counseling for children and families to support positive dynamics.
RequirementsQualifications: - Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.
- Current LMFT license in California.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in therapy and case management.
- Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
