### ABOUT US Ikedo is Port Washington's beloved Japanese eatery featuring authentic ramen, donburi, and specialty boba teas. As a family-owned restaurant, we're revitalizing our guest experience and seeking a passionate Front of House leader to help us create memorable dining experiences.
### THE OPPORTUNITY
**Full-Time Position: $50K-$60K Depend on Experience + Performance Bonuses + Tip Share**

### WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
* Measurable improvements in guest satisfaction scores within 90 days
* Development of 2-3 staff members into shift leaders within 6 months
* Implementation of effective training systems that ensure consistent service quality
* Creating a positive team culture with reduced turnover and increased staff engagement
### YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU
* Have 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience (Japanese/Asian cuisine experience a plus)
* Excel at developing staff and creating memorable customer experiences
* Demonstrate calm, positive leadership during busy service periods
* Bring creative ideas for enhancing guest satisfaction and team performance
* Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and ownership
* Are available to work evening shifts and weekends
