Role: NetSuite Consultant Duration: 3 to 6 months Location: REMOTE Job Description We are looking for experienced, full-time NetSuite Consultants to join our expanding team. In this client-facing role, you will support both mid-market and enterprise clients with NetSuite implementations, optimizations, and ongoing advisory services. You will work across various verticals, helping clients with core ERP functions as well as industry-specific modules.
Your expertise in navigating cross-functional processes such as Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Design-to-Build (D2B), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) is crucial.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Lead end-to-end Oracle NSPB (NetSuite Planning and Budgeting) implementations, including setup of chart of accounts, dimensions, Revenue and COGS, Workforce, Operating Expenses, Capital Expenditures, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and other KPIs.
- Align business requirements with leading practices.
- Update internal documentation and training materials as needed.
- Provide timely status updates on assigned work and ongoing activities.
- Collaborate with the Practice Lead and other Consultants to implement process improvements and solutions.
Must-haves: -
- 3+ years of experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting.
- 3+ years of combined functional and technical expertise in NSPB, PBCS, EPBCS, or other budgeting systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights).
- Proficiency with Oracle NSPB / PBCS / EPBCS system structure, features, functions, and processes.
- Knowledge of the NetSuite ERP system structure and reporting.
- In-depth understanding of planning and budgeting processes across various industries.
- Familiarity with Financial Data Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE) for integration.
- Experience with EPM Automation scripting and Smart View tools.
- Expertise in developing Business Rules using Calculation Manager.
- Expertise in Smart View, Web Reports, and Dashboards.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.

- Ability to quickly comprehend and deconstruct financial, business, and technical concepts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
