Compensation: $20–$26/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (6 hours/day to start)

We are hiring an experienced Retail Routing & Customer Onboarding Coordinator to join our 3PL fulfillment warehouse in Corona, CA.
This role requires hands-on routing experience with major retailers like TJ Maxx, Ross, Burlington, DD’s, Walmart, and others. You must also be comfortable onboarding new 3PL clients, organizing label formats, shipment data, and compliance documentation.

We are not training for this role. We are looking for someone who can start and run with it.
Key Responsibilities:
• Route orders accurately for TJ Maxx, Ross, Burlington, DD’s, Walmart, and similar retailers
• Create BOLs, ASN labels, and submit routing requests via retailer portals
• Schedule pickups, upload order documentation, and confirm compliance
• Work with freight brokers and warehouse teams to ensure smooth dispatch
• Help onboard new clients: set up SKUs, label formats, pallet structures
• Work in SmartSheet, WMS (Extensiv), and Excel to track onboarding steps
• Follow procedures exactly and ensure customers provide all required info
Qualifications (Must-Have):
• 2+ years of experience routing to major retailers (e.g., TJX, Ross, Walmart, etc.)
• Fluent with retailer routing portals and label compliance (SPS Commerce, Retail Link, etc.)
• Skilled in SmartSheet, Excel, and WMS platforms (Extensiv preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to manage onboarding steps and follow through with clients
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
• Must work in-house in Corona, CA (this is not remote)
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (6 hours/day)
• $20–$26/hour, depending on experience
• Growth to full-time based on performance and business need
• Start Date: Immediate
