Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in trade
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and codes
- Proven experience with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in apartment complexes or multi-unit dwellings
- Familiarity with hot water systems, booster pumps, shut-off valves, backflow prevention, and drain systems in multi-family settings
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Ability to perform plumbing tasks

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
