We are a small Developer/Builder/Property Manager seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance & Remodel personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform routine preventative property maintenance and address service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime. Maintain the properties exterior including landscaping and exterior maintenance. Participate in after hours on-call emergency maintenance services as needed.
In regards to General Contractor, candidate will be required to assist in monitoring the construction and perform limited scope of work for the constructions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards in all maintenance activities.
Ability to drive locally for business purposes pertaining to property management maintenance.
