Position Summary
We’re hiring two reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Cleaning Professionals to join our full-time hospitality team. These roles are essential in ensuring the estate is pristine and guest-ready at all times. We're looking for candidates who are not only skilled in cleaning but also confident communicators, comfortable interacting with guests and colleagues in professional English.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily interior detail cleaning of event and staff areas
Clean and maintain windows, carpets, bathrooms, and bedrooms to luxury standards
Operate pressure washing equipment for patios, walkways, and exterior surfaces
Provide maid service, including making beds, laundry, and room refreshing
Maintain spotless restrooms and preparation spaces at all times
Use and handle cleaning chemicals safely and appropriately
Support event setup and breakdown, ensuring spaces are clean and ready
Monitor supplies and proactively report restocking needs
Take initiative—see what needs to be done and act without being asked
Communicate clearly with teammates, guests, and supervisors in English
Qualifications
Previous cleaning experience in estate, commercial, or hospitality settings preferred
Strong spoken English and confidence in communicating with team members and guests
Knowledge of professional cleaning tools, chemicals, and techniques
High attention to detail and standards of cleanliness
Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working with little supervision
Professional, well-groomed, and comfortable in a luxury setting
Able to lift, bend, and stay on your feet throughout the workday
