Key Responsibilities:

- Enter project-related information into Buildertrend accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with clients to resolve issues, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in the management and tracking of customer accounts and project status.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth processing of customer requests and project updates.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when dealing with customer inquiries.
- Ensure that all data entered into Buildertrend is accurate and up-to-date.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly.
- Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
