We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to lead our automotive service department. Looking for someone to hit the ground running and help us take our business to the next level/ The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair processes. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing service operations, and driving sales within the dealership.
Duties
Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Manage and mentor service technicians, providing guidance on automotive diagnostics, brake repair, suspension, alignment, air brake systems, shocks, and struts.
Ensure all service work is performed to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, enhancing overall customer service experience.
Monitor cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy in transactions and reporting.
Collaborate with sales teams to promote service offerings and drive revenue growth within the department.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and ensure timely follow-ups with customers regarding their vehicle maintenance needs.
Experience
Proven experience in an High End automotive service management role or similar capacity within a dealership environment.
Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes including diagnostics, brake systems, suspension work, and alignment procedures.
Excellent customer service skills with a track record of effectively managing client relationships.
Familiarity with cash handling practices and financial reporting within a service department context.
Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
