Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe Sales Enablement Manager at Walgreens plays a pivotal role in driving growth by streamlining sales and reporting processes, leading sales tracking efforts, and planning strategic sales campaigns. This role collaborates closely with product, sales, marketing, and other key teams to define, implement, and continuously enhance sales processes. Additionally, the Sales Enablement Manager ensures alignment between the sales calendar and planned product rollouts, coordinating efforts to optimize go-to-market strategies and maximize business impact.
Key responsibilities include developing and delivering sales training programs to equip teams with the tools and resources needed for success. The role also involves managing and refining sales enablement content-such as playbooks, training materials, and customer-facing resources-to ensure consistency with messaging and strategy. Additionally, the Sales Enablement Manager oversees sales tools and technology, driving adoption and efficiency across the organization.
This role is also responsible for fostering visibility and alignment across the organization by socializing sales initiatives, sharing pipeline insights, and leading cross-functional calls. By facilitating collaboration, gathering feedback, and ensuring strategic alignment, the Sales Enablement Manager helps drive sales performance. Furthermore, they will analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of enablement efforts.
Job Responsibilities- Provides strategy and operational support for the Walgreens Health Business Development team.
- Defines, implements, and undertake ongoing quality improvement for Business Development processes and reporting.
- Develops materials for partner engagement.
- Supports the full business development cycle including market analysis, pipeline management, go to market, and post-implementation improvement.
- Develops and updates project status tracking materials. Communicates project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Creates and leads presentations to assist stakeholders in synthesizing complex problems and decision-making frameworks.
- Coordinates and tracks project resources, staff, assets and schedules to ensure timely project outcomes. Assists team members and leaders in making cost / benefit decisions.
- Leads project meetings. Share and follow up on next steps, as required.
- Participates in developing business approaches and new or enhanced strategies and/or tools.
- Interacts with internal and external peers and management to share highly complex information related to areas of expertise and/or to gain acceptance of new or enhanced technology / business solutions. Presents issues to and works with management to resolve critical resource conflicts.
- Mentors less experienced members of the team. Serves as a resource to other project managers to resolve complex problems. May lead other project managers on large projects.

External Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years as a Business Analyst OR High School/GED and at least 5 years as a Business Analyst.
- Experience working in a healthcare company.
- Experience working with matrix teams including teams in different time zones.
- Experience prioritizing and performing multiple tasks in time-critical situations.
- Experience developing new business models and opportunities; defining, developing, and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
- Experience planning, developing, and managing budgets for projects.
- Experience managing project risks.
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, sales cycles, and market trends

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess sales performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex problems and facilitate decision-making
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation to support sales tracking and reporting.
