Established and fast-growing wine and gourmet e-commerce logistics company, located in Sonoma, is looking for a reliable and ambitious warehouse associate to work in our warehouse. The position will work under the general supervision of the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include:
• Order picking.
• Accurately pull appropriate product from assigned locations.
• Manual stacking, wrapping and shipment preparation, including case labeling.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Loading and unloading of trucks.
• Repositioning and stocking freight (stacking).
• Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary.
• Participate in the receiving, storage, and distribution of wine, ensuring proper handling and storage conditions
• Maintain safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
• Participate in warehouse layout and organization to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Communicate with management and other employees to resolve any issues or concerns
• Perform other duties as directed by the Operations Manager

Qualifications:
• Experience in warehouse work is a plus
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to drive truck with tie downs a plus
• Forklift operation is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
