Warehouse Associate – Wholesale Candy World

We’re seeking two reliable and energetic Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team at our wholesale candy world. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into a role that combines heavy lifting, customer service, and product management, we want to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Stocking and Facing Products: Ensure our shelves are well-stocked and products are neatly arranged for optimal display.
- Heavy Lifting: Regularly lift and move cases weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.
-Product Rotation: Manage inventory by rotating products based on expiration dates to ensure freshness.
- Ladder Use: Comfortable and safe use of ladders for stocking and retrieving products.
- Box Cutter: Familiarity with using a box cutter for opening and preparing shipments.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail experience preferred.
- Forklift Experience: A plus if you have experience operating a forklift.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle heavy lifting and stay active throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Careful product rotation and accurate stocking.
- Commitment: Strong work ethic and dedication to your role.
- Customer Service Skills: Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Bilingual Skills (Preferred): Fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) to effectively communicate with customer base.
- Independence: Ability to work effectively alone and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
