We are seeking Field Customer Service Representatives throughout Orange County!

Full-time: Office open Monday through Saturday

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

The role of Field Customer Service Representatives includes:

Visiting customers to reconnect cable services
Company-provided tablet and phone will help you manage your daily activities.
Successful Field Customer Service Representatives work evenings and Saturdays to maximize customer contact.
The candidate we are seeking must have/be:

Drug-free
Good driving record
Proof of auto insurance with your name as an insured operator of that vehicle
The position is subject to a background check and must receive client approval
Self-motivated/friendly
Good communication skills
Energy and a desire to be successful.
Detail-oriented.
