Job Description

Horvath Productions is seeking passionate and driven sports videographers for high school football coverage in the Dayton, Springfield, Bellefontaine, Sidney, Lima, and Marysville area. This part-time freelance role involves on-site videography during games, with an opportunity to learn professional sports production and storytelling. The role requires mandatory availability every Friday from mid-August through October, typically from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Requirements

Football Knowledge: A strong understanding of football is essential to anticipate plays and track action effectively.
Experience: Preferred but not required; fast learners who work well under pressure are encouraged to apply.
Professionalism: Must be reliable and respectful around coaches, players, and fans.
Transportation: Dependable transportation is required to arrive at the fields on time.

Additional Information

Part-time freelance role: Usually one or two nights a week.
On-site activities: Shooting snap-to-whistle game action, sideline energy, warm-ups, locker room moments, and crowd reactions.
Equipment: All professional equipment will be provided; no personal camera needed.
Compensation: Pay range of $20 to $35 an hour depending on experience.
Benefits: On-the-job training available.
