Top Flight Termite & Pest Control is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Carpenter / Termite Repair Technician to join our team.

This position will have a variable schedule based on our current repair workload. When scheduled, you will typically work full workdays, but work may not be available every day of the week. The number of days may vary from week to week.

As our company continues to grow, there is potential for more consistent hours and an expanded role for the right person.

We’re looking for someone dependable, experienced, professional, and proud of the quality of their work.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Termite and wood-damage repairs
• Fascia, eaves, rafter tails, trim and exterior wood repairs
• Siding and other structural and non-structural wood repairs
• Removing and replacing damaged wood
• Measuring, cutting, fitting and finishing repairs
• Matching existing materials and finishes when possible
• Completing repairs according to termite inspection reports and repair scopes
• Keeping job sites clean and professional
• Communicating with inspectors, office staff and homeowners

What We’re Looking For:
• Carpentry and wood repair experience
• Termite repair experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read and understand repair scopes
• Comfortable working on ladders and exterior areas of homes
• Own basic hand tools preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Dependable, professional and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a crew
• Good communication and customer-service skills
