We are seeking a dynamic and personable Reception/Assistant hybrid to join our vibrant team! Responsibilities
Client Service
Greet clients and provide a warm, professional experience
Answer phones, texts, and emails with clear, compassionate communication
Schedule appointments and manage patient check‑in/check‑out
Maintain accurate client records, invoices, and documentation
Assist clients with next steps and escalate concerns to the clinical team when needed
Keep the lobby, front desk, and shared spaces clean and organized
Veterinary Assistant
Safely restrain patients for exams, treatments, and procedures
Assist with physical exams, diagnostics, and therapeutic care
Collect blood, urine, and tissue samples under supervision
Obtain radiographs using proper positioning and safety techniques
Monitor and care for patients after surgery
Clean and disinfect exam rooms, kennels, and equipment
Feed, bathe, and exercise patients as needed
Sterilize instruments and maintain equipment
Support veterinarians and techs with patient care tasks
Experience
1+ year of experience in a veterinary clinical, patient‑facing role strongly preferred
Experience providing direct client or customer support in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable using computers, practice management software, and digital communication tools
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities
Strong communication skills with a professional, empathetic approach
Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
