Full job description

We're looking for growth-minded, self-motivated, high-energy customer service representatives to join our team. Our firm believes in helping clients get out of stressful times. In this role you will serve as a liaison between our Tax Professionals and our clients. You will serve as the first line of response to clients and will be their primary point of contact throughout their services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Tax Professionals with the client engaged throughout the resolution process.

Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

Contacting clients to request documents required to properly service their case.
Respond to inquiries from existing clients, receive inbound calls for status updates, and execute outbound calls to provide status updates.
Conduct financial analysis of taxpayer’s income, expenses, and assets.
Prioritize cases depending on complexity.
Interact with clients, Tax Professionals, and other departments.
Use time management skills to prioritize daily workload.
Always provide an exceptional customer service experience in every customer-facing interaction.

Requirements:

Tax resolution experience or knowledge of tax resolution processes (preferred).
Knowledge and application of English grammar including composition, editing, and proofreading.
Capable and a self-starter work ethic yet a team player.
Research and develop strategies to defend the taxpayer’s position.
Conduct financial analysis of taxpayer’s income, expenses, and assets.
Assemble documents and present to government agency.
Interact with Tax Professionals, clients, and other departments.
Prioritize caseload and assignments.
Multitasking.
Compliance Check (Tax Investigation).
