A corporate finance organization is seeking an FP&A Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close activities in a fully remote, East Coast-based role.

About the Opportunity:

Shift: Day
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: Standard business (EST)
Setting: Remote

Responsibilities:

Manage monthly corporate FP&A close activities and ensure reporting accuracy
Prepare monthly reporting packages, executive presentations, and leadership materials
Analyze actuals, budgets, forecasts, and prior-year results to explain variances and trends
Support planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes across corporate functions
Partner with Accounting, Finance, and other business teams to maintain reporting quality and improve planning workflows

Qualifications:

5+ years of FP&A, financial planning, or corporate finance experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, budgeting and forecasting, and variance analysis
Experience supporting month-end close activities
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
Experience with Oracle EPM
Experience creating and refreshing executive-level PowerPoint presentations
Experience supporting month-end close activities
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Desired Skills:

MBA, CPA, or related advanced credential
Experience with JD Edwards, SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, or similar financial planning and reporting tools
Background in CPG, manufacturing, consumer products, or other large corporate environments
Experience supporting public-company reporting or complex corporate environments
Experience improving or automating FP&A processes
