The Role

We’re looking for a Partner Analyst to join our team in a high-impact role at the intersection of analytics, partner communication, and revenue optimization.

In this role, you’ll directly influence partner performance, build scalable reporting systems, and continuously refine operational processes. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team in a modern AWS environment to turn insights into action.

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation Partnerships

Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, combining analytics with clear communication
Build and improve reporting pipelines to track partner performance
Create automated feedback loops to drive optimization
Execute weekly performance improvements to maximize campaign efficiency and revenue
Collaborate on the design and tuning of AI/ML-driven bidding strategies

Program (Enrollment) Partnerships

Manage monthly sales commission processing across the organization
Ensure accurate payout calculations on high-volume revenue streams
Communicate clearly with partners regarding payouts and resolve discrepancies
Onboard and audit new partner datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency

What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills

Python (Jupyter Notebooks preferred)
Advanced Excel
Strong SQL skills
Preferred: Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field
