Job Responsibilities
-Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage and handling practices, and dish washing.
-Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
-Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools.
-Provide excellent service by ensuring that meals are served promptly and meet quality expectations.

Needed Skills
-Leadership
-Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations.
-Knife skills and familiarity with various cooking equipment.
-Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
