Position: Physical Therapist - Pelvic

Location: 1725 W Harrison St, Suite 440, Chicago, IL

Schedule: Full Time

Compensation: $80,000-$105,000 annually, based on years of experience

RUSH Physical Therapy outpatient physical therapy center is seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health physical therapist to join our team. Emphasis is placed on improving access and enhancing the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation. We are looking for a passionate pelvic health therapist who is interested in working with males, females, and transgender patients. This position would include working in the Affirm Clinic through rush hospital with opportunities for multi-disciplinary collaboration on pre and post-operative transgender patients, as well as seeing a general pelvic health population in the outpatient clinic at our Harrison Street location.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
CPR certification
