IT Technician – Help Desk / Service Desk

Location: Cameron, Louisiana

Schedule: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off

Employment: Full-Time | Onsite

Salary: $80,000 + 10% Bonus

Relocation: Available

Role Overview

We are seeking an IT Technician / Help Desk Support Technician with strong experience supporting both macOS and Windows environments. The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused approach, strong troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience resolving hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to employees.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Troubleshoot and support macOS and Windows devices.
Triage technical requests and escalate issues to third-party IT providers when appropriate.
Train and assist employees with new applications, hardware, and technology.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain a high level of customer service and clear communication.
Collaborate with team members to ensure shared accountability and timely issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of Help Desk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Technician experience.
Strong hands-on experience supporting macOS in a professional environment.
Experience supporting Windows/Microsoft environments.
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience supporting employee onboarding/offboarding.
