Pay: $27–$29/hour DOE
Full-Time | Approximately 40–45 hours/week

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Kitchen Supervisor to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has strong cooking skills, previous kitchen leadership or supervisory experience, and the ability to lead a team while maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, organization, and service.

The Kitchen Supervisor will work closely with the Executive Chef and play an important role in the daily operation of the kitchen.

Responsibilities

* Supervise and lead all cooks and dishwashers during daily operations
* Serve as a leader on the cook line during busy and high-volume periods
* Cook and work stations as needed to support the team
* Ensure food quality, consistency, presentation, and proper execution
* Create and maintain daily prep lists and ensure prep is completed accurately and on time
* Assist with vendor ordering and receiving
* Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards
* Help manage kitchen organization, cleanliness, and closing procedures
* Train, coach, and provide direction to kitchen staff
* Work closely with the Executive Chef on daily operations, menu execution, staffing, and kitchen needs
* Help maintain a professional, respectful, and accountable kitchen environment
* Step into any area of the kitchen where leadership or operational support is needed

Qualifications

* Previous professional kitchen experience required
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
* Strong cooking knowledge and understanding of professional kitchen operations
* Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to remain calm and effective during high-volume service
* Reliable, punctual, and dependable
* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
* Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
* Must be willing to work approximately 40–45 hours per week, including occasional overtime
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide acceptable documentation for employment verification
