Position Summary

Carries out computer operations and provides user support through troubleshooting and performing maintenance. Resolves hardware and software issues to optimize system efficiency and uptime.

Major Tasks And Responsibilities

Installs basic hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment.
Conducts remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques.
Records and documents all issues from initial contact through resolution.
Monitors company systems around the clock to ensure interrupted service for employees.
Reports internet and circuit outages and collaborates with Internet Service Providers to restore service.
Provides service access, follows up on requests, and maintains current information.
Conducts daily maintenance and reports system performance.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree in computer science or a related field.
Service desk or customer support experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Basic troubleshooting and technical support skills.

Pay Rate: $19.86 - $22.85 per hour, based on experience
