Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Remote IT Technician to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our team and clients.

You will handle system issues, resolve technical problems, and ensure smooth technology operations in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues remotely.

Provide technical support through chat, email, or video calls.

Install, configure, and update software and system tools.

Assist with system monitoring, performance checks, and basic maintenance tasks.

Guide users through troubleshooting steps and provide clear technical instructions.

Maintain accurate logs of issues, resolutions, and system updates.

Ensure security protocols are followed and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Prior experience in IT support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting is an advantage.

Strong understanding of operating systems, basic networking, and common software tools.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Proficiency with remote support tools and ticketing systems.

Ability to work independently, multitask, and solve problems efficiently in a remote setup.

High attention to detail and ability to follow structured troubleshooting processes.
