Lead & Develop the Team - Guide, coach, and develop Financial Planning & Analysis team members while driving performance and growth.

Deliver Business Insights - Analyze financial and operational results to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and business performance.

Lead Strategic Analysis - Conduct what-if analysis and evaluate the financial impact of business changes and new opportunities.

Partner with Leadership - Build strong relationships with executives and field leadership to support action planning and business decisions

Drive Planning & Forecasting - Improve budgeting and planning accuracy while supporting long-term financial strategies.

Enhance Reporting & KPIs - Develop and refine key performance indicators and reporting to improve visibility and drive results.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related fields.

Leadership Skills - Proven ability to lead initiatives, develop teams, and influence cross-functional partners.

Problem-Solving Ability - Strong judgment and resourcefulness to navigate complex business challenges.

Analytical Thinking - Advanced ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations.

Financial Expertise - Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial planning, and business analysis.

Valid Work Authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
