This outsourced restaurant bookkeeping and accounting firm is looking for an accounting assistant to handle and for clients. We are looking for a team player who is responsive and organized. This person must be trustworthy and maintain confidentiality. This role is part-time for about 20-25 hours per week. Ideally, you should be local to either Dallas, Texas, or to South Orange County, California.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Basic understanding of QuickBooks Online and Google documents
• Ensures a strict level of confidentiality in all aspects of the role
• Able to consistently meet assigned deadlines
• Communicative both internally and with clients; maintains professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Detail-oriented with excellent good follow-up skills
• Proactive

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
• Running and downloading reports and sending to clients or posting documents internally
• Mailing payments to vendors or scheduling payments online
• Posting payroll for 2-3 clients
• Client relations and support for new and existing clients
• Other administrative duties as needed

The wage rate depends on experience and qualifications but is projected to be in the range of $20 per hour but is ultimately based on experience and other criteria.
